Hi Key

zoe harcombeThis is one of a series of stock shots that I took of my wife last week for some press work that she's just starting. It would be great to get some of them published. I really like the hi-key effect, it gives an energy to the shot.

New Wedding Website

For those who know me, you'll be aware that I've been photographing weddings for some years now.

Although I have been as far away as Norfolk, most of my wedding photography is done in and around Cardiff and South Wales. I'm doing some advertising around as wedding photographer cardiff so if anyone knows a couple seeking a wedding photographer, please do send them my way.

My wedding site can be found here.. http://www.ahweddingphotos.co.uk

Shooting Stars?

I've been meaning to have a go at this shot for a while and I was inspired into doing so the other evening when I took our dog for a walk and saw the most fantastic night sky.

The streaks you see here are the trails left by stars as the earth rotates. This exposure was about 15minutes at f8 and the length of the trails indicates how much the Earth has rotated in that time.

Love it.
